These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between hizy ("we", "us", "the platform") and any person who uses hizy's website, mobile application, or related services ("you", "user"). 5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳28,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total ৳48,000 (bonus cap reached)

The bonus amount will not exceed ৳20,000, regardless of the deposit amount.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited funds. Example:

If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may apply to specific games only — see the details of each offer
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or device
• If a bonus is used fraudulently, it will be cancelled and the account suspended

5.4 VIP Program

• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher tiers through regular activity and loyal membership.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

hizy believes in fair play. All games are operated through a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No game outcome is predetermined.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting any technical flaw in the game system
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage

• Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means
